After looking through many available options for what I think is the coolest, I chose the potato fork. When you first think of potatoes, all you think about is food and it is not thought of as a object that could be used for something so important. The invention is a utensil that is made from potato starch. This in good because this makes this product easily biodegradable and not as bad for the environment. This product can be targeted toward the fast food industry. They are so based on using plastic utensils which are very bad for the environment. This solution will allow the fast food industry to be more environmentally friendly.
